Abi Borrows

Abi was raised in Taranaki but moved to Christchurch in 2009 where she completed her law degree. While studying, Abi gained experience working in employment law which is where her passion lies.

Abi helps both employers and employees resolve their disputes through mediation and through the Employment Relations Authority tribunal. A people person, Abi builds strong relationships with her clients. She’s passionate about helping good employers become great employers, and finding pragmatic solutions to employment problems that don’t have to involve litigation.

A self-proclaimed 'hobby girl' Abi loves arts and craft, cooking, good food and travel, playing golf and walking with her dog Jett.
