Where to begin
Sometimes inductions are a little more complex, and take longer than just one day. Things an induction general covers includes the organisations:
- History, values and culture
- Services offered
- Clients, customers and staff
- Workplace policies, practices and expected behaviour.
There are some things an induction must include, and others that are ‘nice to have’. We can walk you through the process, and help create a personalised induction and on-boarding procedure and plan.
