The Government has confirmed it will continue to support businesses as we find ourselves once again at Alert Level 4.  Here is some information that you might find helpful at this time.

  • The wage subsidy scheme is available if the eligibility criteria is met and rates have been increased.  Applications are open from Friday, 20 August.
  • A resurgence support payment is also available for businesses.
  • A short-term absence payment will be available for some people who cannot work from home while they wait for a COVID-19 test.
  • A leave support scheme is also available if an employee needs to self-isolate and cannot work from home.
