Workplace policies are a proactive tool employers can use to manage their workplace. Policies can be used to set expectations, guide company culture, direct the day-to-day running of the business, and much more. Essentially, policies let the team know how business should be done. 

Policies are flexible – they can be updated regularly and easily, to ensure they reflect the current circumstances of your business and add value to what you do.
